Your clinic and your patients can be assured of complete discretion and confidentiality at all times. We understand that fertility treatment is an extremely personal matter and all of our deliveries will be made in plain packaging with no identifying factors.

All of our pharmacists are experts in fertility medication and can confidently alleviate concerns or queries.
International clinics
We have an opportunity in place for international clinics, whereby we supply and deliver medications to patients who return back to the UK for their continuing treatment. We designed a system where international IVF clinics can recommend that patients in the UK can have a supportive and caring nurse to help with needle nerves and intralipid infusions when they get back home.
Nurse at Home service
We offer in-home services and can arrange for nurses to deliver treatment and support sessions in the home. Some patients prefer to have their first-night injections overseen by one of our professional, friendly nursing staff. This calms nerves heading into active treatment and can help to increase a patient’s confidence.
Deliveries
Our delivery service is totally flexible, reliable and fully trackable. We won’t ask patients to stay in all day waiting for their medication and provide regular delivery updates. We can deliver to any location within the UK – including home, work or clinic. All items are delivered in cold-chain boxes and we provide clear and easy unpacking and storage instructions. For those times when patients unexpectedly run out of their medication, we offer a next-day service to ensure total peace of mind.
